Calling the latest sewer-level tactics by the president's forces as seen in their most recent political ads "far-fetched" and "despicable," the former Alaska governor lamented that "It's only just begun." She continued, "We will have to suffer through" three months of lies from the Obama campaign and its allies. As for the Soptic SuperPAC ad, the Mama Grizzly wondered how reporters who were in on the conference call and have not condemned it can sleep at night. She said she would like at least one reporter to stand up and admit that Obama's official campaign coordinated with the SuperPac on the ad. Instead, she added, these reporters are "prostituting themselves."
Asked by Hannity about the attacks made by Obama's supporters on conservatives, the 2008 GOP vice presidential candidate replied, "I hope his daughters never have to go through what he allows." She said Obama's lecturing on civility is "nauseating" to her. Palin opined that Stephanie Cutter and others working for Obama's campaign and White House staffs should be fired.
Commenting on a recent attack ad which depicts Rep. Allen West punching women, Gov. Palin said that the liberal left doesn't know what to do about the retired Army colonel and what he represents. When Hannity mentioned that West is not being considered by the Romney campaign as a potential running mate, she quickly answered, "He should be." Her advice to those being vetted for the number two spot on Romney's ticket? "Stay true to yourself and your principles, and don't let a campaign try to mold you into something you're not."
Repeating her familiar mantra of "anyone but Obama," Sarah Palin underscored the importance of the 2012 presidential election, declaring, "We have got to replace Barack Obama and his socialist policies in November."
